What is consignment?
Consignment is a way to sell your quality pre-loved items through our online store. You bring us items to review, and when they sell, you receive an agreed percentage of the sale.
How do I consign my items?
Bring your clean, gently used items to Blackline Consignment during our accepting hours. Our team will review them against our current style and quality guidelines, then explain the terms for any items we accept.

What items do you accept?
We accept stylish, clean, gently used men's and women's clothing, shoes, accessories, and other select items in excellent condition.
Acceptance depends on condition, brand, current inventory, and season. Please see our Terms of Service under the 'Consign With Blackline' header for more information.
How do I get paid?
Once your consigned item sells and the sale is finalized, your share is recorded in your consignor account. Payment is issued according to the terms provided when your items are accepted.

How long do you keep my items?
Items remain on the sales floor for the agreed consignment period. At the end of that period, items may be eligible for pickup, markdown, donation, or another outcome according to your consignment terms.

What items are not accepted?
Items that are currently not being accepted include: Baby items, intimate apparel, wedding dresses, home goods, stained or worn out clothing.
For Shoppers:
Can I try items on?
Try ons may be available if pre-arranged with Blackline Consignment. If you are ordering online and getting the items shipped to you, try ons are not available.
Can I return items?
All sales are final, returns are not accepted.
How do I get my purchased items?
Purchases can be picked up from Blackline Consignment if it is pre-arranged. We also have pickup locations in Fort Saskatchewan and the west side of Edmonton.
